November and December are our most booked months. Austin corporate holiday parties, private celebrations, and end-of-year events all converge in a six-week window – and premium photo booth setups book out early.
If your holiday event is in Q4, securing your photo experience in Q3 is strongly recommended. We’ll design a custom holiday template – branded, festive, and not a generic Santa hat overlay – and lock in your date before the season begins.

We work with company holiday parties, family gatherings, neighborhood and community celebrations, and seasonal events like tree lightings or winter markets, basically any gathering where you want a festive photo moment for guests.
Can the booth be themed for the holidays?
Yes. Backdrops, props, overlays, and print templates can all be built around holiday themes, whether that’s classic winter and Christmas styling, Hanukkah, New Year’s Eve, or a custom company holiday theme with your branding worked in.
Do you offer packages for company holiday parties specifically?
Yes. Holiday parties are one of our most popular corporate bookings. We can brand the experience with your company colors and logo, and many companies book us on a recurring annual basis for their holiday event.
How do guests receive their photos?
Guests get their photos instantly by SMS or email, ready to share right away. On-site printing is also available so guests can walk away with a festive physical keepsake from the party.
How far in advance should we book for the holiday season?
The holiday season is our busiest stretch of the year, with most weekends and many weeknights booked out well in advance. We recommend reserving your date as early as possible, ideally by early fall, to guarantee availability.
