What is the Roamer Booth experience?
The Roamer Booth puts a professional photographer or attendant on the move throughout your venue, capturing candid, high-quality shots of guests wherever the action is happening. Instead of guests coming to a fixed booth, the booth comes to them.
How does it work at my event?
An attendant carries a professional camera and portable printer/sharing setup around your event, snapping photos of guests in the moment, on the dance floor, at the bar, mid-conversation. Photos are delivered almost immediately, so guests can see and share their shot without ever having to line up.
Can the setup and branding be customized for our event?
Yes. Photo overlays, event logos, hashtags, and color schemes can all be built into the delivered photos to match your event or company branding, making this a strong fit for weddings, corporate events, and large venues where a fixed booth can’t cover the whole space.
How do guests receive their photos?
Photos are delivered instantly via SMS or email, ready to share straight to social media. On-site printing can also be added so guests walk away with a physical copy on the spot.
Do you travel outside of Austin?
Yes, we serve Austin and the surrounding area, including Round Rock, Cedar Park, and Georgetown. Send over your event location and we’ll confirm availability.
